It is impossible to put a price on the assistance with the search and purchase of a house. In some cases I receive a commission from the Real Estate agent
that I work with, in some cases not. That depends from country to country and from situation to situation.
There are sometimes situations where the Real Estate shopper has his/her commission partly from the broker and partly from the customer-buyer. But
again, that depends from country to country and from situation to situation. An immo shopper works for the purchaser, rarely to never for the seller: that is very important to remember.

But before that, that's certainly not all. Also important,
for you, as a customer, is that you make a choice in which continent / country you want to purchase. That's step 1.

I will organize a digital meeting with you.
A digital meeting takes 1.5 hours with expert / valuable / useful explanation. A digital meeting is possible, by appointment.
03 STEP
Gradually we discover from each other which direction you want to go, how much you can / want to spend and how we approach the different steps. Contacts are made and agreements are made.
04 STEP
All practical agreements are finalized.
05 STEP
We will start, completely at your rhythm.
